I wonder if the V8 badges are generic or from a car. Cleaning fluid filter on the left. Ultrasonic cleaner in the middle. Dryer cube on the right.

I am getting punchy after a long weird day. By the way, this is one of my favorite paintings in our house.

I do like the painting. I’ll be interested to hear how the record cleaner works, that’s one elaborate contraption. I’ve always just used a cheap Discwasher my parents got in the 80s.  It helps some but it definitely doesn’t get any of the ground in stuff out.

I can remember a collection of 78s my father had when I was but a wee lad, perhaps 1968. I can remember my little brother getting in trouble for breaking them in half.

Any word on that radio story from KQED? I’m not listening to any KQED these days because I’m too disgusted with Washington. I can’t handle it. I like KQED, liberal lurches that they tend to be, but I prefer to read headlines on Real Clear Politics, Politico, et cetera, which show me that nothing has changed. Anywhere. Unless it’s gotten worse.
